The jewelswrold.gr website is the online store for the sale of products (hereinafter referred to as “the Store”). The following terms and conditions will apply to the use of jewelsworld.gr.

Any user who enters and transacts or makes use of the services of the e-shop (hereinafter referred to as “visitor” and/or “user” or “customer” depending on whether he/she is limited to visiting the shop only or placing an order for products) is deemed to consent and unconditionally accept the following terms set out herein, without exception. Contracts through the online store are drawn up in Greek. The Shop is bound as to the accuracy, truth and completeness of the information provided on this website, in relation to the transactions provided through the e-shop and is not responsible and is not bound, in good faith and in the context of commercial morals, by electronic data entries made by error/overlap in common experience and is entitled to correct them at any time it becomes aware of their existence. Jewelsworld.gr does not guarantee the availability of the products displayed in the online store, but informs the customer concerned on the basis of the data kept on the availability or not and undertakes, in the event of a change in these data, to inform customers in a timely manner of the unavailability, in which case it bears no further responsibility. The information voluntarily provided by the users of jewelsworld.gr is used by this website in order for its users to have direct and substantial communication with the store, to provide them with answers to specific questions they ask and finally to serve and execute their orders. ORDER TERMS & CONDITIONS

The jewelsworld.gr website is the online store selling products and creations under the JewelsWorld brand (hereinafter, referred to as “the Store”). The following terms and conditions will apply to placing orders at the Store. Every user who enters and transacts with the online store is deemed to consent and unconditionally accept the following terms set forth here, without any exception. If a user does not agree with these terms, then he must refrain from placing an order, as well as from any transaction or use of the services of the online store.

Right to purchase at a distance

The purchase of goods through the Store’s website is strictly limited to persons who have the legal right to sign and enter into contracts on the website in accordance with Greek law. The customer-user must have legal capacity, which is judged in accordance with what is defined by Greek legislation.

Preparation of the sale

Upon completion of the order, the customer-user makes a proposal to purchase the goods in his basket, subject to the terms and conditions of the order, which can be found here. The confirmation of receipt of the purchase proposal, which is sent after the submission of the order, certifies that the customer’s order has been received by jewelsworld.gr and in case there is availability of the ordered products, the proposal is accepted.

Goods availability

If the products ordered are not available at the time of the order and its processing, the Store reserves the right not to accept the specific order and, consequently, not to complete the sale. The customer will be informed accordingly. Any payments initiated for execution or executed will be cancelled. Any payments will be returned to the customer without undue delay, in the same way the customer chose to make the payment.

Delivery of orders

The delivery times of the products and the delivery costs are indicated in a special place, when submitting the order.

Payment

All prices on jewelsworld.gr are in euros and do not include VAT, which appears on the checkout page as a tax. Upon completion of the ordering process, the customer can select the displayed payment method. The data that the customer enters when making an electronic payment, is not controlled or processed or stored by jewelsworld.gr, but by the respective provider and/or payment server. In the event that a refund is required, it will be carried out by the Store in the same way as the customer paid the price, unless otherwise agreed with the customer, without fault or unjustified delay.

Retention of ownership

Any delivered products remain the property of the Store until final, full and complete payment of the price to it.

Right of withdrawal / Product return

For returns of defective products, JewelsWorld must be notified within seven (7) calendar days of receipt of the package by the customer. Notification should be made by email to info@jewelsworld.gr with attached photos of the defective product. The day of sending the email from the customer to the Store is considered as the day of notification.
Returns or exchanges for any reason other than a defective product will be decided by the Store on a case-by-case basis after the buyer contacts the Store within five (5) calendar days.

Final provisions

These general terms and conditions are governed by Greek law. Any dispute that arises and which stems from the contractual relationship between the Store and the customer, is competent for its resolution by the competent Courts of Athens. The protection afforded by the provisions of the Distance Contracts Act, as well as the present terms, is underlined, that it applies to transactions only with natural persons, who transact for reasons that do not fall within their commercial, craft, business or independent profession activity. In case of non-application of any term of this agreement, the others remain in full force and effect.

Cancellation of orders

After the finalization of the order and its payment, changes or cancellation of the order will only be accepted after consultation with partner support.
